Required documents typically include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

5.4 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and are subject to change. Where a Member's winnings on a single event would exceed the applicable maximum payout, v444 will pay only up to the stated maximum and will refund the proportional stake amount for the excess.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or data loss.
9.3 v444's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their v444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits v444's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Genuine remaining balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.
11.3 Members who wish to close their v444 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting v444 support. Any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's last confirmed payment method.
